Plastic injection molding materials refer to the plastic raw materials used in the injection molding process. They can be mainly divided into two categories: thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics.

1. Polyethylene (PE): PE is a thermoplastic injection molding material. It has excellent heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, so it is often used in the production of plastic packaging films, bags, bottles, etc.

2. Polypropylene (PP): PP is also a thermoplastic injection molding material. Due to its good mechanical strength, wear resistance and chemical resistance, it is widely used in automobile manufacturing, plastic containers and home appliance industries.

3. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC): PVC has good electrical insulation, weather resistance and solvent resistance, and is usually used in the manufacture of building materials, wires and cables, and water pipes.

4. Polystyrene (PS): PS is widely used in the manufacture of plastic cups, toys and insulation materials due to its high transparency, mechanical strength and electrical insulation properties.

5. Polycarbonate (PC): PC is often used in the production of glasses and automotive parts due to its high strength, high rigidity and excellent heat resistance.

6. Polyamide (PA): PA has good mechanical properties, wear resistance and solvent resistance, so it is often used in the manufacture of gears, bearings and other parts.

7. Polyurethane (PU): PU is a thermosetting plastic injection molding material. Due to its wear resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance, it is often used in the manufacture of vehicle suspension systems and seals.

8. Polyethersulfone (PES): PES is a high-performance thermoplastic injection molding material with excellent temperature resistance, mechanical properties and insulation properties. It is often used in the manufacture of medical devices and electronic devices.

9. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET): PET is often used in the production of food packaging bottles and fibers due to its good transparency, strength and heat resistance.

10. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE): PTFE is widely used in the manufacture of non-stick pans, sealing gaskets and other products due to its excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties.
